Hi, I’m Alina! A licensed Esthetician with 6 years of hands on experience and a true passion for hair removal. My journey into Esthetics wasn’t traditional, but it’s one I’m grateful for. I graduated in 2018, became licensed, and continued pushing forward even when opportunities felt limited. Over the years, I’ve worked in corporate spas, cryotherapy, and high-volume waxing environments, where I refined my speed, technique, and client care. Eventually, I discovered sugaring and it completely changed how I approached hair removal. After mastering the service and training others, I felt ready to create a space of my own. Alina’s Spot was created to offer efficient, results-driven services in a calm, judgement-free environment. My goal is for every client to feel comfortable, confident, and cared for - for whether it’s your first wax or fiftieth.

Cancellation Policy
Alina's Spot Policies: Thank you for choosing Alina's Spot! My goal is to provide every client with a professional, comfortable, and respectful experience. Please read the policies below before booking. By scheduling an appointment at Alina's Spot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS -A deposit is required for every service to secure your appointment. -Deposits are non-refundable. -Deposits will not be refunded due to cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. -Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please be mindful of the time that has been set aside for your service. -A valid card on file is required when booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I understand that things happen and unexpected circumstances can come up. I will always do my best to be reasonable when situations arise, however, repeated cancellations and last minute changes affect my business and prevent other clients from booking those appointments. OVER 24 HOURS NOTICE Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not be subject to the 50% late cancellation fee. Your deposit remains non-refundable. LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price. Your deposit is non-refundable. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made on the same day of your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price. NO-SHOW POLICY A no-show is when you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing appropriate notice. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments at Alina's Spot. Your deposit is non-refundable. LATE ARRIVALS Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and arriving late can affect the remainder of my schedule. -Please contact me as soon as possible if your are running late. -Arrivals more than 10 minutes late WITHOUT communication may be treated as a no-show. -If your appointment cannot be completed because of a late arrival, the applicable cancellation/no-show fee may still apply. -Repeated lateness may result in the loss of booking privileges. Please respect your appointment time so I can provide your service properly and keep the schedule running smoothly. CONSENT FORMS All required consent forms MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE your appointment. If your forms have not been completed prior to your scheduled service, your appointment may be delayed or cancelled, and the applicable cancellation policy may apply. SERVICE CHANGES & APPOINTMENT TIME Please book the service you actually need when scheduling your appointment. If you need to change or remove your service, please communicate this BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Appointment times are reserved based on the services you booked. Last-minute service changes can leave an appointment time unused and prevent another client from booking that time. Frequent last-minute changes may affect future booking eligibility. PAYMENT POLICY Alina's Spot is CASHLESS -Payment must be made using a credit card or electronic payment method. -Attempting to pay with cash may result in an additional 5% cash processing fee. -Refusal to follow the payment policy may result in the appointment being cancelled and/or the client being prohibited from booking future appointments. GUEST POLICY To maintain a comfortable and professional environment: -NO ADDITIONAL guests or partners are permitted to during appointments. -Children are permitted when necessary, please understand that you remain responsible for their behavior and safety while in the suite. HAIR REMOVAL PREPARATION For the best results, please DO NOT shave immediately before a sugaring appointment. Hair needs to be long enough for the sugar paste to properly grip it. If you have questions about preparing for your appointment, please reach out before your service rather than waiting until you arrive. RESPECT & CLIENT CONDUCT Alina's Spot is a professional environment, and mutual respect is required. I am committed to treating every client with kindness, professionalism, and respect and I expect the same in return. Disrespectful, aggressive, threatening, insulting, or inappropriate behavior toward me will not be tolerated. If a client is no longer a good fit, they may be asked to not book future appointments. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Please understand that these policies exist to protect my time, my business, and the appointments available to all of my clients.
